FAQ

  • When do you open?
    We open on the 1st of April until the 22nd of October 2023 Bookings are open online and our National Booking Hub is open Monday, Thursday, Friday 9am-4pm and Saturday-Sunday 9am-1pm.
  • How do I apply for a job?
    We have already hired all of our staff for the 2023 Season. We usually look to hire new staff around November/ December each year for the following year. If you keep an eye on our Website and Social Media we will update these both when we are looking for new staff.
  • Do you hire local people?
    Yes! We employ a variety of local people and students. We look for local people who have an interest in outdoor activities, the delivery of excellent customer service and that are passionate about working with people.
  • Do you have parking?
    For parking we recommend following signs for the Olympia multi-storey car park, off East Whale Lane and using the parking available there. We also recommend using Public Transport and are only a 5-minute walk from Dundee bus station and a 10-minute walk from the train station.
  • Is there disabled parking?
    Unfortunately we do not have disabled parking on site but there are disability parking bays in the car park next to Wild Shore Dundee.
  • Are there changing facilities?
    Yes. We have changing facilities on site available for all our customers.
  • Are there toilets?
    Yes. We have toilets on site available for all our customers.
  • What are the minimum ages?
    All our activities have different requirements which you can find below! Aqua Park, age 6 and above. Wakeboarding, age 6 and above. Ringo, age 6 and above. SUP, age 8 and above.
  • Do adults have to accompany kids on the activities?
    An adult must be present at sign-in and be on-site during the activity, but an adult does not need to accompany children on a session. The only exception to this rule is that children who are aged 6 and 7 must have an accompanying adult on an Aqua Park session. All sessions are fully supervised by qualified instructors.

  • Do you clean the kit?
    Yes, we have very stringent cleaning measures in place. All our wetsuits, helmets and buoyancy aids are cleaned thoroughly after each use.
  • How long are your vouchers valid for?
    Our vouchers are valid for a year from date of purchase. You can redeem them on our website when booking or you can give us a call to use them and we will gladly assist you to get booked in.

    Our Season will end on the 22nd of October 2023
